Can you tell me why you stand upon the Word of God?
Is it really true? Can it really be. It’s so old. Surely there is no way that it’s still in one piece . Besides, these stories seem a little far fetched, I mean come on, ‘the Garden of Eden,’
a perfect environment that Adam and Eve were banned from? That seems a little harsh for a loving God.
What about the flood? Could someone who’s never even heard of rain expect a flood? And really, the animals simply walk aboard two by two?

What about the flood? Could someone who’s never even heard of rain expect a flood? And really, the animals simply walk aboard two by two? And am I really expected to believe that an old man ran up a mountain and God gave him the Ten Commandments? He was up there long enough how do we know he didn’t write them himself?
How would you defend yourself? Go ahead, give me some good reasons to believe that the Bible is without doubt God’s own Word. A 7th grader had wonderful questions right along these lines.
“Would you personally send someone to Hell?” Well, no of coarse not I wouldn’t wish that on anyone, I responded. His response, “neither would I and I wouldn’t see my mom sending anyone to hell either. His next question was, “then why does God.”
What would you say to that?
Do you know? Do you care enough to find out?
